- We will not pass any gates or fences for this special.
- Areas with dogs/electric dog fences will be considered a fenced area.
- Side yards that are not fenced will be treated as part of the front yard, up to 10,000 sq. ft.
- Any sq. ft. over 10,000 will not be considered for this promotion and must be priced normally.
- Area must be clearly defined, no having us skip sections to keep it under 10,000. We won’t have time to pull property maps.
- One time applications not allowed on this program. Cancelling after one application will result in full billing price for that application.
- You will be scheduled for our next service in your area. Special trips cannot be made for this price.
