Weed Control

Weed control is a critical aspect of lawn and garden maintenance in Oklahoma. The state’s warm and humid climate provides ideal growing conditions for various types of weeds, which can quickly take over and damage your lawn or garden.

One of the main reasons why weed control is important is that weeds can compete with your grass or plants for essential nutrients, sunlight, and water. As a result, they can stunt growth, weaken root systems, and reduce the overall health of your lawn or garden.

Weeds can also be unsightly and negatively impact your property’s curb appeal. If left uncontrolled, they can spread rapidly, making it challenging to keep your lawn and garden looking neat and tidy.

In addition to the aesthetic and functional concerns, certain types of weeds in Oklahoma can pose health risks to humans and animals. For example, poison ivy, poison oak, and other toxic plants can cause skin irritation, rashes, and other health problems.

By investing in professional weed control services, you can prevent weeds from taking over your lawn and garden and enjoy a healthy, vibrant landscape all year round. F.A.Q.

Q: How long do I need to stay off of the treated areas?
A: Until the area dries, and then limit exposure for 24-48 hours.

Q: Other companies use a dye, why don’t you?
A: We do, if we need it. We don’t normally use it in our main tank but may use it in certain equipment such as ride on sprayers, spot treating, etc.

Q: How many times a year do you treat the lawn.
A: We treat 6 times per

Q: You guys are so brilliant, funny, and handsome, why do you do lawn work.
A: Money :)…. oh, and we like it.

Q: Do I need to water after an application?
A: YES! Water heavily 24-72 hours after the application.  It is the absolute most important step after an application.  Not watering reduces the effectiveness of the application by up to 75%!  If you only want 25% of your money’s worth then don’t worry about watering.  Yes, this especially includes the winter applications, just remember to disconnect hoses when done.  If you have your sprinkler system shut down during this time do not restart it, use a regular lawn sprinkler.
